Is the 9 ft. too much for my machine?
Eterra recommends at least a 6,000 lb skid steer for the Raptor itself. With the longest bar at full extension, machine weight and stability matter more still. Contact Skid Steer Store with your model if you are near that threshold.
When is 9 ft. the right choice?
When you are billing by the mile or the acre on open ground. On tight sites the extra width becomes a liability rather than an advantage.
What will it cut?
