Eterra Raptor Boom Arm Mower for Skid Steer
The Eterra Raptor Boom Arm gives a skid steer something it fundamentally lacks: reach. Instead of driving along a ditch bank or shoulder, you park on stable ground and swing the boom out over it. Fit a sickle bar, flail or rotary head and one machine covers work that would otherwise need an excavator. Hoses, couplers and your choice of controller are included. Recommended for skid steers of at least 6,000 lbs. Available from Skid Steer Store.

Heads are sold separately and interchange on the same arm, so one Raptor covers grass, brush and rough clearing across the season.
Machine Requirements
Eterra recommends a skid steer of at least 6,000 lbs. The Raptor puts weight and leverage well forward of the quick-attach plate, and that leverage grows with head size — a 9 ft. sickle bar at full extension asks considerably more of the machine than a 5 ft. If you are near the 6,000 lb threshold, contact Skid Steer Store before ordering.
Common Applications
County and highway right-of-way, drainage ditch and canal maintenance, pond and shoreline trimming, levees and embankments, fence lines and hedgerows, utility corridors, and municipal contract mowing on terrain a machine cannot safely travel.
