The Virnig V60 Two-Cylinder Pipe Pallet Fork Grapple is a rugged skid-steer attachment designed to securely grab, lift, and move palletized materials and long pipes. It’s built for heavy‑duty handling on job sites and yards, offering precise clamping and stable transport.
- Frame width: 54" wide frame keeps long material stable and aligned for efficient loading.
- Two-cylinder independent clamp arms: Open to near vertical for easy positioning and a secure grip on palletized loads.
- Tines: 48" or 60" Cascade® ITA Class II forged tines provide strong, durable gripping surfaces for varying material lengths.
- Cylinder specs: 2" bore, 8.375" stroke cylinders with NitroSteel® cylinder rods for corrosion, dent, and flake resistance.
- Pins: Greasable 1¼" diameter cylinder and hinge pins simplify maintenance and longevity.
- Mounting kit: Includes universal skid steer mounting hoses, couplers, and fittings for quick, ready-to-work setup.
- Weight and lift capacity: 48" model up to 6,200 lbs; 60" model up to 5,500 lbs; weighs approximately 950–965 lbs depending on tine length.
- Loader compatibility notes: There can be a clearance issue on John Deere® G-Series loaders (330G, 331G, 332G, 333G). For best results, center the load on the grapple tines, place one layer of pipes per load to distribute arm force, then slowly lower the arms evenly and secure both sides before applying full clamping force.
This attachment helps you minimize material damage and maximize efficiency by centering loads on the tines, distributing weight evenly, and relying on independent clamps for a confident grip.
