Description
The Virnig V60 Skeleton Rock Bucket is a rugged attachment for skid steer loaders designed to pick rocks while leaving dirt behind. It’s built for landscape, utility, and clearing projects where clean rock removal and visibility matter.
- Universal skid steer mounting: Compatible with most standard quick-attach skid steer setups for fast, hassle-free installation.
- Open bottom and back with precise tine spacing: Open design and 4" tine spacing (4.1" on the 79.5" model, 3.9" on the 85.5" model) maximize dirt fall-through and provide excellent visibility during digging.
- Rock dam and tip notches: Raised center ridge (rock dam) and notches near the tips secure rocks while digging for controlled extraction.
- Heavy-duty construction: 1/2" Grade 80 steel offers strong, durable performance; every tine is a single piece from tip to top brace for added rigidity; fully gusseted tine tips reinforce against bending.
- Size and weight options: Four widths—75+ (73.5"), 79.5", 85.5", and 91.5" overall; depth 42.9" and height 21.5"; 17–21 tines depending on width; weight ranges from 675 to 800 lbs.
- Loader compatibility and use: Recommended loader capacity greater than 1800 lbs ROC ensures safe, efficient rock handling.
- Versatile applications: Ideal for digging rocks, root removal from thick brush, clearing overgrown fence lines, and efficient back-dragging.

The V60 Skeleton Rock Bucket helps you tackle rocky sites faster with less soil disruption. Its open geometry improves visibility and debris clearance, while the heavy-duty 1/2" Grade 80 steel and one-piece tine construction resist wear and bending in tough conditions. The rock dam and tip notches keep larger stones secure during digging, enabling precise rock placement or removal. With four width options, you can match loader capacity and job width—from tight corridors to open rock fields—while the overall weight and ROC guidance aid safe operation. Beyond rock work, it excels at root digging, brush clearance, fence-line maintenance, and back-dragging, making it a versatile tool for site preparation.
