It connects directly to the excavator’s auxiliary hydraulic lines, using the machine’s pump to deliver high-pressure blows. Each Rhinox hammer in our range features safety and performance systems designed to keep you productive and your equipment protected.
- ABF System: Anti-Blank Firing prevents the hammer from striking when it isn’t firmly resting on a surface, stopping unnecessary blows and reducing damage to the hammer and excavator arm.
- Rigid Damping System: Built-in vibration control minimizes recoil and operator fatigue while extending tool life and machine longevity.
- Installation Kit: Includes the tools you need to fit the hammer, plus a toolbox with wrenches and a nitrogen charging kit for reliable setup.
- Wedge Chisels: Supplied with 2x wedge chisels for more efficient material splitting and rock breaking.
- Hydraulic Hoses: Comes with two 78-inch hoses (1/2 inch BSP threads). Longer hoses may be required depending on your port layout.
- Bracket Fitment Note: A mounting bracket compatible with your excavator model must be fitted to the hammer on arrival; all necessary tools are included to complete the install.
