It connects directly to your excavator’s auxiliary lines, letting the hydraulic pump deliver high-pressure fluid to the hammer for powerful, reliable blows. Each Rhinox hammer includes practical safety and durability features to help you stay productive on site.
- Anti-Blank Firing (ABF) System: An in-built safety feature that automatically stops the hammer from striking when it’s not firmly resting on a surface, preventing unnecessary blows and reducing wear to the hammer and excavator arm.
- Rigid Damping System: A vibration control setup that minimizes recoil shocks and vibrations, delivering smoother operation and extending the hammer’s and machine’s life.
- Installation Kit: Comes with a toolbox, wrenches, and a nitrogen charging kit, so you have the essential tools ready for installation out of the box.
- Wedge Chisels: Supplied with 2x flat, wedge chisels for versatile breaking in rock and concrete tasks.
- Hydraulic Hoses: Includes two 88-inch hoses with 1/2 inch BSP threads; depending on your auxiliary port location you may need longer hoses or trim them to fit.
- Mounting Bracket Note: The mounting bracket for your excavator make/model will need to be fitted to the hammer on arrival, ensuring a proper and secure fit.
- Warranty Details: Backed by a warranty of up to 1 year or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first. Hydraulic hoses are excluded; the chisel is included and covered only for manufacturing defects.
