The Baumalight MS1160 Heavy Duty Fixed Tooth Mulcher for Skidsteers masters tough terrains with a 75" path and is designed for machines over 7,000 lbs. It features 31 sharpenable planer teeth and cutting-edge mulcher rings, efficiently handling large materials. Ideal for extensive land management.
The heavy-duty steel frame is constructed with T1 alloy tool steel sheet metal. The MS1160’s frame is angled so that you can roll back the Brushy Mulcher, pulling back the pusher bar so that you can fully engage the mulching head. This allows the operator to use the mulching head to fell standing trees. Mulcher head allows the operator better visibility to the area of mulching.
The MS1160 skidsteer mulcher also come with a large pressure gauges which is very handy to watch and see how close you are to maximum pressure; ensuring that you maintain an optimal flow.
Adjustable skid shoes allow the operator to adjust the cutting height for optimal clearing performance. The adjustable belt tensioner ensures the proper tension of the belts, with no extra idler wheel that could wear out. To tighten the belt, we have to loosen the bolts and raise the motor mount. MS1160 is available with a variable two-speed motor option for maximizing the rotor speed and torque to account for changing mulching material
