A 60-inch heavy-duty brush mulcher, the Baumalight MS960 brush mulcher engineered for average to large skidsteers. With a substantial 75-inch path width, this mulcher is ideal for handling dense vegetation and large clearing jobs.
Choose from our resilient 900 Series teeth: Double Carbide Tipped Ripper for persistent ground contact or Single Blade Planer for fewer stones and enhanced efficiency.
The 900 series skidsteer mulchers also come with a larger pressure gauge which is very handy to watch and see how close you are to maximum pressure; once you start blowing over relief the mulcher becomes very unproductive so you do want to keep an eye on the pressure.
The MS960 is available with a variable two-speed motor option to maximize the rotor speed and torque to account for changing mulching material.
If a fence wire is caught during the mulching process, it can damage the unit by slipping over to the edge of the rotor and get wrapped on the shaft, so wire protection kit is provided to safeguard the rotor and the shaft.
The powder coat finish is much tougher than conventional paint to stand up to the rigors of mulching and helps prevent rusting. To improve the weight management of the brush mulchers, the rotor is provided closer to the carrier.
