Featuring a robust 34" rotor with 54 replaceable carbide teeth, this model grinds through stumps with precision and power. It boasts a rugged gearbox that handles up to 80 HP and delivers 803 ft/lbs of torque, efficiently grinding a 30" stump in just minutes.
The 3P34 PTO stump grinder is designed for tractors equipped with a 50–80 horse power motor allowing you to grind into stumps with a 34" Rotor carrying 54 replaceable carbide teeth. The Stump Blaster’s carbide teeth extend a full 1-¼ inches from the rotor. This prevents chips and mulch from getting plugged. The rugged gear box takes up to 80 HP and develops 803 ft/lbs of stump destroying torque.
A stump of 30" width and 12" depth can be ground in 4 mins with a 80HP tractor, with 70HP it takes around 5 mins and 60 HP takes 6 mins to finish the work. The massive ¾" thick steel rotor provides the back bone for the Stump Blaster cutting system. It’s the anchor for the carbide tipped teeth. For smooth operation it’s important that the rotor remains solid, with no flexing.
The rugged rotor also provides the Stump Blaster with the extra momentum needed when the grinding is tough, making sure the Stump Blaster can power through the hardest stumps. Designed for Cat 2 3PH and 540 PTO this versatile stump grinder has a cutting depth of 25" above ground and 14" below ground. With direct drive from the engine, all the way through the heavy duty gear box to the teeth, a stump grinder on the PTO of a tractor is the most efficient way to use a stump grinder for lawn care or fence row clearing.
Spring bushings made of high grade chrome-vanadium AISI 6150 spring steel are provided on all main pivot points. The swing cylinder gives the operator a 65 degree grinding range without moving the tractor. The heavy duty base provides a solid base for grinding. This allows for more consistent grinding performance and reduces the stress on your tractor.
